Project context

BU NUC is currently mapping its planning processes and the different IT tools used across its 2 nuclear sites.

Today, the sites operate with different tools and non-aligned processes: One site uses Primavera for outage planning. The other uses SAP PS, an Access application, and possibly MS Project. Both sites use SAP PM for maintenance orders.

Goals and deliverables

Implement one efficient and harmonized planning process, supported by a sustainable and affordable IT solution, while allowing minor site differences where needed.

Importance of Planning in a Nuclear Site

Build a reliable outage plan and commit to a firm return-to-grid date.
Continuously monitor delays and adjust actions.
Keep a validated daily maintenance schedule ensuring unit availability and compliance with Technical Specifications (nuclear safety).

Focus for This Year

Map all processes and tools.
Explore market solutions and evaluate existing references.

Profile Needed

Strong experience implementing planning processes and SAP PM/PS-based IT tools.
Ability to perform business & functional analyses and translate them into IT requirements.
Structured, project-oriented, team player, ideally trilingual (FR/NL/EN)
