Banking Domain Architect – Cards (Senior) – Brussels

You will join the architecture team responsible for defining and evolving the Cards domain within a large banking environment. The mission focuses on enterprise architecture, solution governance, and helping shape the future Cards landscape.

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain enterprise information architecture for the Cards domain.
Maintain IT cartography (as-is/to-be) and support target architecture evolution.
Translate business strategy and functional requests into technical models aligned with reference frameworks.
Advise on new technologies and ensure alignment with company norms and standards.
Participate in certifications and homologations of solution architectures.
Ensure solutions adhere to project milestones, security constraints, infrastructure standards, and budget.
Collaborate with architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure coherence.
Document architectural decisions and follow up on deviations during implementation.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Cards architecture (Accounts knowledge is a plus).
Strong background in enterprise/solution architecture in banking.
Experience with architecture methodologies and IT governance.
Good knowledge of financial services.
French and English (good working proficiency).
Knowledge of Agile delivery, API architecture, and data architecture is a plus.
Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience; architecture certifications are an asset.
