About Us:

Jellop is a tight-knit, leader-in-its-class marketing partner for crowdfunding campaigns. Since 2015, we've helped +7,500 creators raise over $1.5B on Kickstarter.

Our primary service is helping creators place digital ads on platforms like Facebook and Google. We work on several Kickstarter verticals, including Design, Tech, and Tabletop Games. We are a globally situated, remote-first company with flexible work hours.

The Position:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager, with great communication skills and at least two years experience managing customers in a digital environment. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for our clients: creators of the most innovative products in the world.

Your primary responsibility will be becoming the main point of day-to-day contact with our clients, as well as working in close cooperation with our marketing team and campaign managers to maximize Kickstarter campaign performance.

This job is fully remote from the US.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all creator communication from onboarding to campaign wrap-up.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and ongoing optimization.
Strategic/high-level consulting-like in ROAS & budget management.
Review projects and provide expert advice and insights to creators
Help continuously improve operations by raising flags and pointing out trends

What We’re Looking For:

Two years’ experience in a customer success management role
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Self-starter, capable of working and learning independently
Experience with digital advertising (preferred)
Experience with crowdfunding (preferred)

Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 per year, based on your background and expertise.
