Event-driven systems and scalable job pipelines

4+ years building production systems used by real customers
Strong backend fundamentals and clean coding habits
Product intuition and the ability to make smart trade-offs
Ownership mentality — you move fast and ship thoughtfully
Comfortable working closely with product & design
Enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and solving ambiguous problems
