Job Description:

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer with a degree in Chemical Engineering to join our technical team. This professional will be based in North America and will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and the sales team, conducting and participating in laboratory tests and validations, guiding and supporting clients in the field application of MetaFLO chemical products, and contributing to Research & Development (R&D) projects aimed at continuous improvement of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients during the implementation of our products;
Support the sales team with technical expertise throughout the sales process;
Perform and ensure accurate execution of laboratory and field tests to monitor product performance;
Guide and oversee the proper application of MetaFLO products at client sites, ensuring effectiveness;
Participate in R&D projects to drive innovation and improve technologies across various processes;
Prepare technical reports related to product implementation;
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance;
Propose process improvements based on technical data and operational client needs.

Requirements:

Degree in Chemical Engineering;
5 -7 years of professional experience in the application of industrial chemical products;
Strong analytical and communication skills with a consultative approach;
Availability to travel and work on-site when needed;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in technical support roles;
Experience in water treatment, drilling, tunneling, and/or mining industries.
