Interim Chief Financial Officer – PE Backed, B2B Business

Contract: 4-6 months

Rate: Up to £1,000 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: Midlands, 3 days in the office, 2 from home

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently working with a PE backed B2B business on a confidential search for an Interim CFO. The business is based in the Midlands. There is a need to stabilise its operations with regards to cashflow forecasting overheads and professionalise the business in preparation for anticipated growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashflow forecasting, setting up 13 week cashflow and working capital management
Technical governance and control- Audit preparation and completion and client account management
Review and analysis of overheads and cost base
Transformation and restructuring of the team
Management of new ERP system, make sure this is running smoothly and no exposure or problems occur.

Key Requirements

Commercially sound, understanding KPI’s, performance drivers, forecast modelling, creating meaningful MI
Knowledge of B2B data driven businesses/SaaS
Experienced CFO/FD with investor/PE knowledge
