Avanciers is hiring Senior Ingenium Developer at Toronto, ON for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a Full-Time Permanent role with the client. Benefits will be covered by the Client.

Senior Ingenium Developer in Toronto, ON- Hybrid- FTE

Key Responsibilities:

Seeking a Senior Ingenium Developer with 10+ years of experience in Mainframe development, including COBOL, JCL, REXX scripting, DB2, and PL/SQL.
Must have strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Ingenium 6.x / 7.x across Mainframe, Windows, and AIX environments, with deep knowledge of Canadian Life Insurance products.
Responsible for delivering new sales and policy servicing functionality on the Ingenium 7.7 platform, including development, unit testing, integration support, legacy analysis, and code conversion.
Experience working in Agile/Kanban, using tools like Git Bitbucket and Docker, and collaborating with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Strong communication, technical design, and backlog grooming skills required, with proven ability to work with architects, sprint teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
