About the Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns that support sales growth, client acquisition, and brand development within our fast-paced Sales & Marketing environment.

Based in Leeds, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—especially sales—to deliver integrated campaigns that improve lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with sales goals
Manage digital campaigns across paid media, social platforms, email, and content marketing
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead-generation initiatives
Produce content for website, social media, presentations, and sales materials
Oversee brand consistency, messaging, and market positioning
Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for optimisation
Conduct market and competitor research to support commercial planning
Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and marketing suppliers
Support events, product launches, and client engagement activities

About You

Essential:

Proven experience in marketing with responsibility for delivering campaigns
Understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics platforms)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Able to work effectively with sales teams and commercial stakeholders
Strong organisational and project management skills
Data-led approach with experience analysing marketing performance

Desirable (not required):

Experience within a sales-led or marketing agency environment
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp
Experience supporting lead-generation or performance marketing activity
