Goliath has retained an exclusive role with a well-funded Series A Fintech startup built of a team with backgrounds at successful companies and startups in the Fintech space.

They're looking to bring in a Backend Leaning Full-Stack Engineer to join at a crucial time in the growth of this company. This is a chance to staple your name onto a product and company that is almost certain to have a strong ROI.

The culture being targeted here is someone who's sharp and been a part of a very early stage startup or built up own. A background in the finance arena would certainly be advantageous.

The position is fully onsite with their home in New York City.

Role Highlights:

Build out new APIs, workflows and infrastructure from ground up and make sure backend systems are dependable.
Influence technical direction in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Work cross-functionally and be able to wear multiple "hats" across the backend.

Ideal Background:

2+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a focus on backend frameworks.
Strong skills across infrastructure, APIs, and data-driven platforms
Excited by startups, complex problem-solving, and creating industry-defining technology
BS in Computer Science or similarly related field

This role will compensate competitively for a startup at their size. Compensation Package will include base ($225-275k) + a extremely competitive equity portion.
