Role: Software Developer

Location: Remote (US, UK & Canada)

Pay: $10,000 - $15,000 per month

We are hiring experienced Software Developers to support a long-term AI research project. In this role, you’ll design technical, real-world coding questions based on your professional experience—helping train next-generation AI systems. This is a fully asynchronous, flexible opportunity requiring a minimum of 15 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality technical scenarios, coding questions, and engineering tasks
Apply real-world software engineering principles across multiple domains
Contribute insights that improve advanced AI reasoning and coding models
Work independently from your preferred schedule (remote, flexible)
