LV Collective, an Austin-based student housing and multifamily developer, is seeking a sharp, analytical, and tech-savvy marketing intern to join our team.
This internship will prepare you for a career in marketing analytics and automation by offering hands-on experience with conversion funnel analysis, multi-channel attribution, CRM reporting, campaign performance tracking, and SMS marketing coordination.

Job Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain reports tracking conversion rates through each deal stage, broken down by channel (social media leads, ILS leads, organic search leads, PPC leads)
Calculate and report on average and median number of days prospects spend in each deal stage to identify pipeline bottlenecks
Track and analyze the number of leads and deals generated from each source/channel, ensuring proper attribution
Measure the number of deals generated directly from email campaigns
Assess the impact of email and SMS campaigns on converting contacts into deals
Create visual flowcharts documenting our email sequences and customer journey touchpoints
Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives
SMS Marketing Coordination (optional, depending on interest)
Implement strategies to capture phone numbers from existing campaigns, events, email lists
Coordinate SMS announcements for promotions and events
Track and report on SMS campaign performance metrics
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Currently in pursuit of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields of study
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for a student organization, business, or nonprofit is preferable but not required
If you don't have HubSpot experience, you must be ready to dive in and master it quickly. You'll be working in it daily
Comfortable working with data, formulas, and creating visual reports
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns in data

Web savvy, skilled internet researcher
Prioritizes work and asks for direction when overwhelmed or uncertain
Excellent organizational/time management skills
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent written business communication skills for report summaries
Bonus points for...
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and funnel analysis
Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
Understanding of inbound marketing and lead generation strategies
Team & Work Schedule
Work schedule to be determined upon hire. The schedule is flexible, but hours should be consistent
Minimum 15 hours per week required
This is an in-person position at our headquarters in Austin, Texas
Benefits
This paid internship will run from January 2026 to May 2026 with the possibility to continue into the summer. The internship will be approximately 15 - 25 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.
