Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior Data Analyst located on-site in Baltimore, MD. The Junior Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and managing data, creating reports and data visualizations, and assisting in improving data collection processes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis, data cleaning, and data visualization
Strong knowledge of data tools including Excel, SQL, and databases
Experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical findings effectively
Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role or internship is highly desirable
