Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a senior Microsoft Identity Management (IDM) Developer to support and evolve their Identity and Access Management platform. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing IDM software components, contributing to architecture design, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Role And Responsibilities

Develop and maintain existing IDM / Access Management software components
Contribute to the design and architecture of IDM platform evolution
Participate in technical workshops, integration meetings, and discussions with partners, clients, and users as required
Conduct testing, create technical documentation, evaluate and report on software components
Document implementations using MS Office and collaboration platforms, and communicate with involved teams
Guide colleagues and product teams in platform development
Serve as a bridge between product teams and cross-functional teams
Integrate development, testing, and operational aspects in deliverables
Actively share knowledge and implementations through handover sessions with colleagues

Required Profile

Certified in Microsoft development technologies or equivalent through training
Senior expertise with Microsoft MSSQL, SSIS, ETL, C#, and .NET development
Experience with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Visual Studio, Visio, and Office
Knowledge of security / information security frameworks relevant for IAM implementations
Familiarity with BPMN, UML, and structured documentation practices
Knowledge of SCIM standards
Analytical mindset with experience in HR feed / IDM processing in the Microsoft context
Solution-oriented, capable of quickly understanding existing code with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Structured and proactive work approach, team player ready to integrate into a small, collaborative team

Language Requirements

Native Dutch or French speaker
Functional knowledge of the second national language
Functional knowledge of English
