About the Company

Our client is a leading healthcare business entering a significant phase of strategic change, including a planned business exit and sale process. With a strong market presence and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, the company is seeking an experienced FP&A Exit Support Consultant to join their finance team on a part-time interim basis.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a technically strong finance professional who combines FP&A expertise with transactional experience, particularly in carve-outs, exits, or disposals. Working closely with senior management, corporate development, and external advisors, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the FP&A and commercial finance teams during the exit and sale process.
Prepare, analyse, and validate key financial data for use in financial and vendor due diligence.
Liaise with external advisors, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate information flow.
Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support transaction readiness.
Provide insight and analysis to inform strategic decisions and deal negotiations.
Support transition and post-transaction handover activities as needed.

Candidate Profile

ACA qualified accountant, with 1–3 years post-practice experience.
Background in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or M&A, ideally with exposure to carve-outs, exits, or sales.
Experience in the healthcare sector— medical services, pharma, or broader healthcare—strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Available to be London-based three days per week.
