Location: Remote (UK hours)

Type: Contract (10-20 hours per week)

T3 is an award-winning management consultancy operating where Risk, Regulation and AI meet. We help organisations design, build and run AI in ways that are safe, compliant and commercially effective, especially in high-stakes, regulated environments.

We’re looking for an early-career professional with a degree in AI / ML / Data Science (or similar) who wants to get real commercial experience across sales, outreach and technical direction in a lean, expert-led team.

What you’ll do

Support sales & business development: research target clients, help run outreach campaigns (email/LinkedIn), and book meetings with senior stakeholders.
Help create and refine sales materials – decks, one-pagers, case studies and product overviews.
Assist with pipeline management: track leads, follow-ups and opportunities (CRM/admin support).
Contribute to Responsible AI & AI risk work: research regulations and standards, summarise findings, and help translate technical concepts into clear client language.
Support the evolution of our AI / Responsible AI product offerings through user feedback, light testing and market research.

About you

Degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science (with AI/ML focus) or closely related field.
Some experience (e.g. 1–3 years) in grad role, internship, research, or early commercial experience.
Genuine interest in Responsible AI, AI implementation, risk and regulation.
Confident communicator, comfortable with outreach and talking to senior professionals.
Highly organised, proactive and happy working in a small, fast-moving team.
Strong written English and good general tech literacy (docs, spreadsheets, basic CRM tools).
