Required Experience & Technical Skills

Demonstrable experience and knowledge in business and functional analysis within ICT projects using Agile/Scrum methodology
(L4: minimum 10 years of experience)
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of design and modeling techniques (UPM, BPMN)
(L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
Experience using different methods to gather business requirements
(L4: minimum 10 years)
Experience developing user stories based on analysis and specifications
(L4: minimum 10 years)
Demonstrable experience in impact analysis based on operational needs
Demonstrable experience writing functional and technical documents (work instructions, user guides)
Basic development knowledge (OO, .NET, desktop & web design) to consult with technical profiles

Languages

French or Dutch (one of the two): C2 (highly complex mastery)
French or Dutch (the other language): B2 (upper intermediate level)
English: B2 (upper intermediate)
