The Role
We’re looking to appoint a Business Analyst to join our team immediately due to active client demand. You’ll be the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping how projects are delivered and ensuring solutions meet real business needs—while driving operational excellence for our Life & Pensions clients.
You’ll work across diverse challenges—from complex data migrations to auto-enrolment implementations—collaborating with project managers, architects, developers, and testers to deliver successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement, creating clear process flows and user stories.
Define and support data migration strategies, including data mapping and integrity validation across all phases.
Oversee migration and integration activities, ensuring seamless transitions between legacy and target platforms under governance frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, maintaining project alignment and stakeholder confidence.
Produce clear documentation such as BRDs, process maps, and oversight reports aligned to milestones and audit requirements.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and data protection standards across all deliverables.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and compliance status.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
Strong understanding of pension products, regulatory frameworks, and operational processes
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for analysis and documentation
Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence
Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk and delivery assurance
Desirable:
Understanding of data models and validation activities; familiarity with system integration projects
Professional certifications (BCS Business Analysis, IIBA, or similar)
