Job Specifications
We are looking for an innovative and proactive Agentic AI Engineer to help shape the next generation of intelligent, autonomous software systems. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments, takes initiative, and enjoys tackling complex AI challenges head-on.
In this role, you will work across multiple business domains to design, develop, and deploy AI systems capable of independent decision-making and adaptive behavior. Your work will drive operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and push the boundaries of agentic AI technology.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement autonomous agentic systems that perform tasks independently, interact with users, and adapt to changing conditions to improve overall efficiency.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using industry best practices and design patterns. Develop and maintain high-quality software applications.
Collaborate with architecture, product, security, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and design principles to ensure software solutions remain innovative and future-proof.
Rapidly prototype and demonstrate new ideas, transitioning successful prototypes into production-ready systems.
Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and manage infrastructure to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, including 2+ years focused on agentic AI or autonomous systems.
Demonstrated experience building multi-agent systems from scratch.
Proven ability to take AI agents from proof-of-concept to production-ready autonomous systems.
Proficiency with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and custom agent runtimes. Familiarity with ReAct patterns and Chain-of-Thought implementations.
Experience integrating large language models via platforms like OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, Azure OpenAI Service, Google Vertex AI, or on-premises deployments (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Ollama).
Skilled in tool-using AI systems, including function-calling implementations, API integration patterns, IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf), notebooks (Jupyter), tool selection strategies, and sandboxed execution for safe operations.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to design emergent behaviors and deliver practical autonomous solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agent orchestration and workflow platforms such as Kubernetes, Apache Airflow, Temporal, Agentspace, and event-driven architectures (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge systems for agent memory, including Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, as well as knowledge graph technologies (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Apache Jena).
