Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Business Partner to join our team as we build, support, and implement our AI strategy at Zynga. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring individuals throughout the business are well-positioned to benefit from this exciting new technology, including collaborating directly with partner teams, deploying limited evaluations, working with vendors, developing important resources and reference materials, and assessing the overall impact of these tools.
What You'll Do
Foster strong relationships and open communication across Zynga to educate, share best practices, and overall set our customers up for success with our tools.
Stay current on the trends and advancements in the AI ecosystem.
Work with stakeholders across disciplines (e.g. the Art community) to develop, track and report on business KPIs relevant to AI implementation
Assess the adoption and efficiency of these services to inform if we should modify the terms of our engagement, migrate to a new solution, or eventually build our own.
Be responsible for onboarding and sunsetting these vendors.
Raise issues and feature requests to our vendors.
Evaluate AI vendors for fitness, ethics, security and legality.
Assist in AI governance and compliance of third-party providers by working with Legal and other partners including maintaining the status of each vendor, tracking issues, managing tickets, coordinating meetings, and reporting to management.
Expedite across dependencies such as Legal, Security, or Procurement to reduce delays in getting tools into the hands of our internal customers.
Coordinate closely with other fields (especially Production, Product Management, and Engineering) to ensure alignment against the AI team and T2's goals.
What You Bring
Bachelors in Business Administration or similar experience working in business operations or a related area
Understanding and knowledge of AI applications and methods
Experience using or building AI
Experience in project management, production, and/or product management
Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage workload and consistently achieve delivery timelines
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to challenge and influence in a collaborative way
Bonus Points
B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or other relevant field
Prior work in game development and/or customer success
Experience gathering user feedback through playtesting or focus testing to draw insights and guide decisions

The pay range for this position in Illinois at the start of employment is expected to be between $87,100 and $128,920 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental
