I am working with an AI Tech Start-Up who are developing AI solutions for Engineering benefits, looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer. My client is based in London & Cambridge and has a flexible working model. They have a new office space in Cambridge and shared office spaces in London, where they are looking for this key hire to work 2-3 days a week, for collaboration with the founders and other teams in the company. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join a small team where you can have a large impact on the overall development of the company's software. In this position, you can expect to help shape the product from the ground up, being involved in discussions around architecture, design, choice of languages and technologies, and being hands-on with the development and deployment. As an influential hire in the company, you can expect to mentor, guide and manage junior engineers, work with other teams to deliver projects, take requirements and define a technical specification, work with the business to consider wider operations, as well as work closely with clients and stakeholders.

Alongside growing your personal experience with R&D, Machine Learning and Algorithm Development.

For this Senior Full Stack Engineer position, I am looking for:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, or relevant course
10+ years of industry experience working on full-stack applications
Strong hands-on development experience using JavaScript, Node, React, Next.js, Python
Three.js for 3D rendering
Experience in 3D Vector Graphics: WebGL OpenGL
Previous industry experience in computer graphics or computer vision projects a plus
Led teams and worked directly with client with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
Worked on Greenfield projects from start to finish
Mentored Junior members of staff or direct managerial experience
