About The Role
As a Regulatory Compliance Trainee, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to helping our bank meet important regulatory requirements in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience working on the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, supporting key processes that keep our business compliant and trustworthy.

What You’ll Do
Support the management of regulatory certification processes for our employees.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Work closely with colleagues across the bank and external training providers.
Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and responding to queries.
Help develop compliance procedures and training materials.
Contribute to process improvements and compliance initiatives.
