Job Specifications

A Lead Azure DevOps Engineer is required for a major long-term defence programme, supporting the delivery of secure, automated, cloud-based environments. This contract runs initially until the end of March 2025, with strong potential to extend through to 2027.
You must hold active SC Clearance and be a British National to be consider for this role.
We are looking for a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer with experience in:
Strong background in DevOps engineering and automation
Proven experience with Azure and Terraform
Ability to lead, support, and mentor a small team
Comfortable working in highly secure or sensitive delivery environments
Previous experience working within Defence or National Security environments is a plus
This Lead Azure DevOps Engineer contract is offering £650 per day Inside IR35 and mostly remote working, with occasional travel to work onsite in London/South East England twice a month. You are required to have active SC Clearance for this position.
