As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps/Cloud Lead to help migrate customer-facing digital applications from on-premises environments to AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of on-prem applications to AWS Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Architect, design, and implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation.
Collaborate with development teams to refactor applications for a serverless or containerized architecture using AWS Lambda and ECS Fargate.
Support debugging of Java and Angular applications in collaboration with software engineers.
Establish and maintain centralized log management and performance monitoring solutions.
Drive automation across the infrastructure lifecycle using Terraform and other IaC tools.
Ensure adherence to best practices in application and cloud security, leveraging AWS Cognito, JWT tokens, and IAM policies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development and DevOps engineering.
Proven expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining applications across on-prem and cloud environments.
Strong background as a former developer with hands-on experience in Java and Angular.
Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, ECS Fargate, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Demonstrated experience in lift-and-shift and re-platforming cloud migrations.
Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and security best practices.
Skilled with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an automation-first approach.
