Role Purpose

Cambio is looking for a thoughtful and values-driven intern to support the development of our social value and impact measurement practice. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to how we understand, measure and communicate the change we create with our clients and communities. You will become part of the team working to bring clarity and integrity to our impact story, ensuring our work remains grounded, transparent and aligned with our regenerative approach to leadership and sustainability. You will work closely with the Director of Sustainability and the Director of Marketing and International Delivery, you will help shape tools and methodologies that strengthen Cambio’s impact narrative. Your work will help us deepen our commitment to people-first impact and support organisations to clearly understand the difference they are making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development of Social Value offering Researching and supporting development of our social value offering, including competitor analysis. Contributions toward developing the impact measurement framework for our social entrepreneurship course Contributing toward Cambio’s social return on investment methodology and calculation Development of Cambio’s Impact Chain Measurement methodolgy for our corporate client delivery.

2. Business Development Support the functional integration of our sales and marketing funnel by enabling impactful storytelling

3. Anything else deemed commensurate with the role.

About You

Curious, analytical, and proactive, with a natural drive for insight and clarity You are detail oriented and comfortable bringing structure to complex information You enjoy research, learning and collaborative problem solvingAn excellent communicator who enjoys working collaboratively Values-led, with a strong alignment to Cambio’s mission and approach Comfortable working independently and managing competing tasks in a remote environment Experience & Skills Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesise information clearly Experience in data visualisation tools is helpful but not essential Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
