WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:

6+ months experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment
Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
Advanced customer service and sales skills.
Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious
Good communications skills in English

YOUR ACTIVITIES:

Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values
Work collaboratively and drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.
Motivate, inspire and, coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals. 
Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying it on the shop floor
Create and drive a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. 

Full Time- Permanent 40 hours
