Jr. Business Analyst / IT Analyst

Client: Amex

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite | Local Candidates Only)

Visa: US Citizens Only W2 only

Experience Required: 2 years

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in documenting requirements, functional specs, process flows
Good knowledge of SDLC
Ability to work with cross-functional IT and business teams
Basic SQL/reporting knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements
Assist in translating business needs to technical specifications
Support IT and business teams in project delivery
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
Perform system checks, UAT support & data validation
