Excellent Benefits Package
A fantastic opportunity for a technically-minded Release Analyst to join a large-scale technology organisation and support the management of non-production environments. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll play a key part in ensuring environments are stable, reliable, and ready to support software delivery.
As a Release Analyst, you will work closely with platform owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to maintain test and integration environments, coordinate releases, and resolve environment issues efficiently. You'll help improve processes, pipelines, and governance, ensuring environments are fit-for-purpose and aligned with delivery schedules.
In this role, the Release Analyst will focus on hands-on environment management, contributing to technical discussions, and supporting continuous integration, testing, and delivery across multiple platforms.
Release Analyst - Key Requirements:
Experience managing or supporting complex technology environments in enterprise or large-scale organisations
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure
Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or other integrated enterprise systems
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable working hands-on across environments and pipelines
Experience in process improvement, environment governance, and automation
Understanding of system integrations, architectural diagrams, and CI/CD pipelines
Release Analyst - Benefits:
Performance-related bonus
Enhanced pension contributions
25 days annual leave
Free on-site parking
Travel to work schemes
Hybrid working policies (3 days per week on-site in Leeds)
If you're a Release Analyst looking for a role where you can contribute directly to environment management, support releases, and make a tangible impact on delivery, this is the role for you.
