Job Title: Product Manager - Business Transformation (Asset, Investment & Wealth Management)
Location: London/Hybrid
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Contract Length: 6-12 months
Start Date: First week Jan
Overview
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a major business transformation programme across Asset, Investment and Wealth Management.
The role will focus on driving a project-to-product operating model transformation, embedding product-led delivery, value streams and outcome-based ways of working within a complex buy-side environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product management across strategic transformation initiatives
Drive the transition from project delivery to a product-centric operating model
Define product vision, roadmaps and value-based outcomes
Engage senior stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology
Translate transformation objectives into prioritised product backlogs
Define and track KPIs, OKRs and value metrics
Support operating model change, governance and Agile/Product adoption
Act as a hands-on product lead within large-scale transformation programmes
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering business transformation
Demonstrable project-to-product transformation experience
Strong background in Asset Management, Investment Management or Wealth Management
Buy-side financial services experience is essential
Experience working in regulated environments
Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills
Strong Agile/Product delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid)
Desirable
Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
Data, platform or core investment/wealth systems exposure
Consulting or change-focused programme background
Contract Details
Outside IR35
London/Hybrid working
Initial 6-12 month contract with extension potential
