Job Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML models that power our products and solutions. This role sits within our AI organization and focuses on applied machine learning, model development, experimentation, and production-level implementation. You’ll collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other technical teams to translate business problems into scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning Model Development

Build, train, test, and optimize models using supervised, unsupervised, and generative techniques.
Develop features, evaluate model performance, and implement scalable ML pipelines.

AI Experimentation & Research

Explore new modeling approaches and emerging AI techniques, including LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agent-based systems.
Run experiments, track results, and iterate based on findings.

End-to-End ML Pipeline Execution

Support the full lifecycle of ML development: problem framing, data exploration, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Build reusable components for data preprocessing, model training, and inference.

MLOps Implementation

Implement CI/CD for ML workflows, including automated training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Set up observability for models, including drift detection, performance monitoring, and alerting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with product managers, data engineers, and business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical ML solutions.
Present technical findings and model insights in a clear and practical way to non-technical stakeholders.

Production Deployment

Deploy models to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerization, APIs, and orchestration tools.
Maintain reliable, scalable, and low-latency inference environments.

Responsible AI & Quality

Ensure models follow ethical AI standards, data governance requirements, and organizational compliance guidelines.
Document assumptions, dependencies, limitations, and validation methods.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of applied experience in data science, ML engineering, or AI model development.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python and deep experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation.
Familiarity with generative AI models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings.
Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Kubeflow.
Strong foundation in statistical analysis, experimentation (A/B testing), and model evaluation techniques.

Soft Skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing AI/ML solutions in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or commercial/marketing analytics.
Exposure to agentic AI systems or multi-step AI tool frameworks.
