We re looking for a driven, tech-savvy Application Support Analyst/Technical Support individual to join our Software Support team. In this role, you ll be the go-to Technical Support person for diagnosing and resolving software and application issues across a wide range of platforms. Whether it's logging a client issue, investigating a tricky database error, or coordinating with Development and QA, you ll own each ticket from first contact to resolution, ensuring a smooth, professional experience every time. You will be a SQL pro, with previous experience in Software Support capacity.

Salary: up to £30k base + bonus
