We are seeking high-potential UI/UX Design Interns to join our rapidly growing global workforce. This internship is ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic background in design, technology, or related disciplines, who are eager to gain hands-on experience working on a real-world, global trading platform used by clients worldwide.  

A successful candidate will combine a strong academic foundation with User-Centered Design principles to support improvements across our digital platforms, including mobile and web applications. Interns will work closely with experienced designers, product, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: 

Support the creation and review of design assets across multiple digital touchpoints and devices
Assist in analyzing user behavior, usability feedback, and engagement data
Contribute to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI concepts for new and existing features
Participate in website and app optimization initiatives, including UX/UI improvements
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards
Collaborate with design, content, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive user experiences
Support user research, usability testing, and qualitative feedback analysis

Requirements: 

Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic or Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science (with a design focus), or a closely related field.
Strong academic standing from a reputable university or design institution
Demonstrated interest in UI/UX, product design, or digital experience design
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to commit to a full-time, office-based internship, working on-site from our office.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively
