Information Technology:
Information Services & Technology (IST) drives Mary Kay. Network engineering, security, digital marketing, cloud technologies, and application development are some of our technical disciplines. Business Analyst Intern – The Business Analyst Intern will support global myBusiness initiatives through documentation updates, data analysis, and collaboration to ensure accurate Salesforce configurations across markets.

Service Cloud Development Intern – The Service Cloud Development Intern will support our team in enhancing customer service operations, exploring AI-driven solutions, and assisting the software development teams with project tasks.
The Value You Bring:
Foundational knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts
Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, APEX, or .NET
Basic understanding of database concepts and familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems
Exposure to JavaScript and web UI development skills

GRC Intern – The Governance, Risk, and Compliance Intern will support cybersecurity governance initiatives and vendor risk management.

Salesforce Business Analyst Intern – The Salesforce Business Analyst Intern will work on the deployment activities for Mary Kay’s MyCustomers application across different markets.
The Value You Bring:
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Basic understanding of Agile methodology and ceremonies
Strong documentation skills using Microsoft tools
Keenness to learn Salesforce.com and JIRA/Confluence
Ability to act independently and own assigned tasks
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Summer Program Details
The Mary Kay 2026 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from late May to early August.
All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour.
Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week.
Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop.

Minimum Qualifications
Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree
To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
