Description:

The role is within a team responsible for IT, network, and telecom infrastructure for Renewables France. This industrial network infrastructure manages over 400 renewable energy production sites from a control room located in Montpellier. It relies on a complex telecom architecture, essential for monitoring and optimizing operations. Additional support is needed to assist the internal team in this area, as part of a partial restructuring of its activities towards other areas.

Mission Objectives:

Ensure operational continuity of the industrial network infrastructure
Provide efficient incident and request management
Lead and support infrastructure evolution projects
Maintain high-quality technical and project documentation

Scope of Activities:

RUN (Operations & Support):

Track and process tickets:
Incidents
Change requests
Analyze and resolve network and communication issues
Process change requests in compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies
Collaborate closely with:
Business stakeholders
Internal IT teams
External partners
OT and telecom service providers
Regularly update technical documentation

Projects (Infrastructure Evolution):

Technical management and oversight of infrastructure projects:
Network scope expansion
Deployment of new services
Cybersecurity remediation initiatives
Review and validate technical changes with internal teams
Ensure project communication with all stakeholders
Produce and maintain project deliverables
Update technical and architectural documentation

Technical support to users and operational teams
Regular reporting on:
RUN activities
Project progress

Documentation:

Up-to-date technical documentation
Project documentation, including:
Project planning
Test and validation plans
Commissioning procedures
Updates to technical documents:
DAT (Technical Architecture Document)
DEX (Operating Procedures Documentation)
Related infrastructure documentation

Desired Profile:

Technical Skills:

Strong network expertise with advanced mastery of Fortinet SD-WAN
Solid understanding of industrial network environments, ideally in the renewable energy sector

Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with:
Internal teams
External partners and service providers

Constraints
