Job Specifications

We are looking for a driven QA Engineer who excels in both manual testing and test automation. You will work on a candidate-facing application used across multiple powerhouses within our group. This means quality, reliability, and user-friendliness are key, as thousands of candidates interact with this application daily.

About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for delivering new features with high quality, creating and maintaining test cases, performing regression tests, and further expanding our automated test suite using Playwright. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the overall quality of the product.

Responsibilities

Perform manual tests on new functionality
Create, expand, and maintain clear and reusable test cases
Execute regression tests to ensure the quality of existing functionality
Set up, write, and maintain automated tests in Playwright
Analyze and report bugs, including clear reproduction steps
Set up and maintain test data and test environments
Contribute ideas to QA processes and support continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality early in the process (shift-left quality)

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Test Engineer

Required Skills

Experience with manual testing and creating test cases (e.g., in TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools)
Experience with test automation, preferably using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)
Experience with API testing is a plus (e.g., Postman or Playwright API tests)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, proactive, and quality-focused
Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus
