Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Cloud Native Developer to join our client’s team and play a key role in driving large-scale cloud transformation and application modernization initiatives. In this role, you will combine strategic advisory work with hands-on development, helping application teams successfully transition to the cloud while building and optimizing modern, scalable solutions on Azure. You will be a trusted technical partner who ensures solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

The Role & Responsibilities

You will work closely with architects and project leads to translate high-level requirements into actionable technical roadmaps for development teams. You will guide teams throughout the full cloud application lifecycle and actively contribute to building new features and improving existing systems. Your responsibilities include:

Coaching and mentoring teams on Azure development, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Designing, developing, and maintaining Terraform scripts to deploy services into Azure environments
Building and managing Azure DevOps pipelines for containerized .NET applications and cloud infrastructure
Developing cloud-native applications using modern architectural patterns and best practices
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Azure services and containers for performance, cost, and reliability
Performing code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement and quality standards
Applying standardized modules and enterprise best practices to ensure compliance and scalability

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you bring:

At least 5 years of experience building cloud-native applications in Azure using Agile and CI/CD practices
Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and containerization (Docker)
Strong development skills in .NET (C# 8.0+) and RESTful APIs (ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs)
In-depth knowledge of modern architectures (microservices, serverless) and design principles (SOLID, CQRS, DDD, TDD, BDD)
Experience with technologies such as SQL, Redis, SignalR, Blazor, CSS/Bootstrap, HTML5, and Dapr
An Azure certification (AZ-204 or Expert-level)
Fluency in either Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in the second language
