This is Remote role and client is actively hiring for this position.
Position: Archer Developer
Work location: Toronto/Remote
Role duration: 12 months
Scope of work: Production Support for Archer
The Archer Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the RSA Archer GRC platform to support enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs. This role demands strong technical expertise, business insight, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient GRC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and customize RSA Archer solutions to align with business, regulatory, and compliance needs.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-structured Archer applications, modules, and workflows.
Build and maintain integrations between RSA Archer and enterprise systems, including data mapping, migration, and transformation activities.
Develop dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to enhance risk visibility and support informed decision-making.
Perform platform administration tasks, including user access management, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and best-practice guidelines.
Stay up to date with RSA Archer enhancements, new features, and GRC industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in RSA Archer development using SmartSuite Framework, Archer Object Model (AOM), and Archer APIs.
Solid understanding of GRC standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Proven expertise in developing data-driven workflows, dashboards, and custom reports within Archer.
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and HTML/CSS.
Experience with web services and API-based integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
