Notre agence recherche activement un Responsable d'Affaires Sûreté/SSI (H/F)
pour notre client leader en Sécurité Incendie.

Manager d'affaires confirmé ! Gestion complète portefeuille clients sûreté/SSI
sur sites prestigieux (musées, institutions, défense).

Missions :

- Gestion commerciale portefeuille clients stratégiques
- Élaboration devis + chiffrage interventions complexes
- Négociation contrats + développement CA
- Supervision équipes techniques (8-10 techniciens)
- Coordination sous-traitants + planning
- Suivi rentabilité + reporting direction
- Relation client C-level + upsell

Compétences :

- Sûreté : LENEL, MILESTONE, ARITECH, COMMEND
- SSI : SIEMENS, NOTIFIER, Advanced
- GTB/GTC : Panorama, Niagara, Desigo
- Management projet + relationnel client
- Chiffrage + négociation commerciale

Profil :

- Bac+2/Bac+3/Bac+5 encadrement technique/commercial
- **Expérience significative 5-10+ ans** (RA ou chef équipe)
- Leadership + management d'équipe
- Excellente présentation/relationnel
- Maîtrise pack Office + GMAO
