My client is seeking ambitious individuals to apply quantitative research and hands-on experimentation to the technology driving global markets. You’ll help design and optimize strategies in the highly competitive world of ultra-low-latency trading. This role is not about generating alpha, this is about continuously making sure you are the best in optimizing low-latency trading strategies. The perfect role for a highly analytical, competitive person who enjoys solving puzzles.

What will you do?

· Research large datasets to understand and improve exchange and trading infrastructure.

· Design innovative trade execution strategies.

· Build algorithms and ETL-pipelines in Python to optimize low-latency trading strategies

· Reverse-engineer and stress-test network and system technologies.

· Collaborate closely with Traders, Hardware Engineers, and Software Engineers.

What do you bring?

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or Physics.

· Strong Python programming skill).

· Exceptional analytical and quantitative ability.

· Motivation to succeed in competitive global markets.

· Knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning, or network technology is a plus.

· Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

· Interest in financial markets—no prior experience required.
