Let’s talk about you:

Engineering degree (Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics).
5–8 years in engine calibration or drivability testing.
Strong knowledge of ECU systems and calibration tools.
Ability to link objective data with driver feedback.

Position Overview:

Evaluate drivability on tracks and roads (throttle response, torque progression, low-rpm behavior, gearshift quality).
Collaborate on calibration (torque maps, ignition, injection, boost control).
Analyze data using INCA, CANalyzer, ETAS tools.
Define drivability targets for ICE, hybrid, and electric powertrains.
Support fuel efficiency, emissions, and NVH improvements.
Prepare technical reports and benchmark competitor vehicles.
