Position Type: Contract – W2 Only

Work Location: Saint Louis, MO (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months with Possible Extension

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with strong expertise in iGrafx and business process mapping to support process discovery and future-state design initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate stakeholder workshops, redesign operational workflows, and develop detailed process maps using industry-standard methodologies. This is a hybrid contract role that requires local presence in Saint Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate process discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state workflows.
Design and document future-state process flows aligned with business objectives.
Develop, update, and maintain process maps and diagrams using iGrafx.
Ensure adherence to process mapping standards and best practices.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate process designs and ensure alignment.
Prepare clear documentation and presentations for leadership and project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Process Engineer or Business Process Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with iGrafx.
Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Improvement (BPI) concepts.
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions.
Ability to create high-quality process documentation and visual models.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Work Authorization / Engagement

This position is W2 Only (No C2C, No Sponsorship).
Candidates must be able to work onsite in Saint Louis, MO, for 3 days per week and remotely for 2 days per week.
