SQL Database Developer (Little Rock, AR)

Maintain and support an existing Access/SQL system to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Prepare clear documentation for system processes and workflows.
Build and maintain MS Access applications, including database structure, query tuning, and basic VBA work.
Use Visual Basic for Applications and ADO for application tasks.
Separate MS Access databases into front-end and back-end components when required.
Convert Access macros, modules, and queries into SQL logic.
Write and fine-tune stored procedures and help migrate tables from MS Access to SQL Server.
Rebuild MS Access forms and reports into browser-based applications.
Work with the QuickBase application development platform.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand needs and offer technical solutions.
Experience in public sector or similar environments is a plus.
