£65K + stock options

London — 2–3 days/week (flexible)

Early-stage AI company building reinforcement learning tooling

I’m hiring a Front end Engineer for an early stage AI startup developing a web-based platform for reinforcement learning training. You’ll play a key role in building and optimising the user-facing side of their product as they scale.

What you’ll be doing:

Building scalable, reliable front-end infrastructure for a model training + deployment platform
Designing and developing the user-facing interface, collaborating closely with designers + engineers
Implementing visual design elements within brand guidelines
Ensuring cross-browser/device compatibility + resolving any issues
Ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG)
Working with users to identify + fix front-end bugs

What they’re looking for:

Experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind
Familiar with performance monitoring/optimisation tools
