Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

Job Summary
The Junior Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across the organization. This role ensures that project tasks are completed on time, resources are organized, and communication flows smoothly between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, schedules, and task lists.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and follow up with team members on task progress.
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and tracking sheets.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Communication & Collaboration
Act as a central point of contact for project-related communication.
Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, HR, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Resource & Risk Management
Assist in identifying potential project risks and support mitigation planning.
Help allocate resources and monitor resource utilization.
Track project expenses and assist in budget monitoring where required.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, logs, issue trackers, and change requests.
Support in preparing client presentations and project summaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative/project support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience working with PM tools or CRM systems.
Certification or training such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or any project coordination course (optional).
