Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience building production-grade LLM applications using LangChain and LangGraph. You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies, retrieval pipelines, and agentic workflows.
This role will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement LLM-based applications, including chatbots, retrieval systems, workflow agents, and autonomous processes.
Build modular AI pipelines using LangChain, including prompt engineering, vector retrieval, tools, and integrations.
Develop multi-step, stateful agent workflows using LangGraph, supporting branching logic,error handling, and long-running tasks.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and transformer-based models for accuracy, reliability, and latency.
Integrate AI systems with backend services, APIs, databases, and user interfaces.
Monitor performance and implement improvements for scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.
Work with cross-functional teams to define AI capabilities and deliver production-ready features.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
