Job Summary

Communicates technical information to end users of Zebra products and applications using writing, editing, design, illustration, or multimedia skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Researches, writes, illustrates, and completes deliverables for less complex hardware and software projects following accepted Technical Communication standards.

• Under close supervision, follows the Engineering and TechComm Department Project Specifications to complete the assigned deliverables within the specified timeframe.

• Follows Style Guide, Template, and Branding Guidelines to comply with Zebra and TechComm Department standards.

• Escalates issues to get timely resolution before schedule is impacted.

• Performs duties and completes activities as directed by manager.

• Ensures project deliverables are loaded into information management systems as approprate.

Job Requirements

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Work Experience (years): 0-2 years
