We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executives to accelerate our expansion across Flanders by partnering with the best local restaurants.

If you’re a natural deal-closer, passionate about food & tech, and eager to make a real impact, this role is for you.

About the Role

As an Account Executive for Uber Eats, you’ll be on the front line of our growth.

Your mission: build and expand our restaurant selection by identifying high-potential partners, pitching the value of Uber Eats, and closing impactful deals.

You’ll actively shape the future of our platform in the French-speaking regions of Belgium, working with iconic local restaurants that eaters love.

Your mission

Identify, prioritize, and qualify restaurant leads based on market demand and strategic fit.
Lead cold outreach campaigns and deliver compelling sales pitches to restaurant owners.
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships with top-tier merchants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
Consistently meet or exceed acquisition targets in your territory.

What you'll need

First experience in sales or business development, an internship experience is also welcomed!
Fluent in French (mandatory) and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, autonomous, and action-driven: you know how to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about food, tech, and the restaurant scene.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle: from outreach to deal signing to onboarding.
Strong interpersonal and commercial instincts.
Comfortable thriving in a performance-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

€41,000 annual gross base salary
€17,571 variable (at 100% of target)
Bonus is uncapped: exceed your goals, increase your earnings.
