I’m reaching out regarding a new SC-cleared Business Change & Communications contract with the MoD.

Key Details:

• Location: Bristol, UK – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

• Duration: 12 months

• Rate: £400–£450/day (Outside IR35)

• Clearance: Active SC required

Role Overview:

You will lead Business Change and Communications activity across a major Defence programme, including:

• Defining change initiatives, benefit maps & adoption plans

• Owning the Communications & Engagement Strategy

• Stakeholder engagement across MOD, Army HQ, DE&S & wider government

• Senior leadership comms support (briefings, speeches, messaging)

• Developing multi-platform content (digital, internal, cross-gov)

• Ensuring governance, reporting & assurance compliance

Essential Experience:

• Large Defence/Government programme communications

• Business change strategy, stakeholder management

• Senior leader advisory experience

• Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear messaging

• Strong content creation and multi-channel comms experience
