As part of continuing business growth, an IT Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst is required to join one of the region's most successful accountancy firms. The successful Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be the first line of support on a busy helpdesk, dealing with IT issues. Following a successful probation period, you will be able to work from home up to 2 days a week.

The Role

The Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst, will join the IT team of a growing top 40 accountancy firm with offices across central and southern England, as they seek to provide an exceptional support service to c.500 users. The Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for picking up helpdesk queries and investigating their resolution, or passing on to the 2nd line where appropriate.

What experience does the Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst need?

Some prior commercial experience in a 1st line Service Desk role or similar
Ideally, some experience with an ITSM platform such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.
Basic Active Directory experience, along with Windows, Microsoft 365, etc.
Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic network issues
