Senior FP&A Manager

High-Growth Technology Scale-Up

£95,000 – £115,000 + Bonus & Equity

Central London (Hybrid)

A high-growth technology scale-up is seeking to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager to strengthen its expanding finance team. The company has achieved exceptional growth in recent years and is preparing for its next phase of expansion, including international markets and a future public listing.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this newly created role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape the financial planning and analysis framework for a scaling, data-driven business. You will take ownership of core FP&A processes across planning, forecasting, modelling, performance reporting and business partnering, while supporting key strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

Owning core elements of the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles.
Building and maintaining forward-looking financial models (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) in Excel and Anaplan.
Running scenario analysis across revenue, unit economics, credit performance, cost base and liquidity.
Supporting planning and modelling for new market launches and international expansion.
Preparing high-quality monthly and quarterly performance reporting for senior leadership and the Board.
Providing clear, data-led analysis of business drivers, risks and opportunities.
Enhancing KPI frameworks, dashboards and data integration to support scalable, automated reporting.
Ensuring alignment between FP&A outputs, Treasury, Financial Reporting and Strategic Finance.
Supporting modelling for new product initiatives, commercial deals and strategic projects.
Challenging assumptions and helping drive a strong forecasting and performance culture.
Contributing to the optimisation of Anaplan models and connected planning processes.
Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, automate outputs and strengthen financial controls.
Supporting wider tool adoption and process improvement across the finance and data ecosystem.

About you:

Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — ideally technology, digital or fintech.
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with a hands-on, detail-focused approach.
Comfortable operating in a complex, data-rich environment and collaborating across multiple teams.
Experience working with Treasury, liquidity or cash-flow forecasting is highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills, able to present insight clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools is beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s most dynamic technology scale-ups at a pivotal stage in its journey. The role offers a competitive base salary, bonus and meaningful equity, with a hybrid working model in Central London. If you are an ambitious FP&A professional looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-moving, high-growth business, we would be delighted to hear from you.
