Today most companies are reliant on their sales reps to find leads. The challenge? Reps struggle to find great prospects. About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to join Goodfit as Head of Account Management. In this role, you’ll lead a core part of the business, owning revenue growth from existing accounts and setting the vision, strategy and goals for the team to deliver measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the CRO, you’ll manage a small but growing team and drive renewals, upsells and cross-sells across our client base. You’ll also personally manage key strategic accounts, deepen long-term relationships and ensure clients gain maximum value from our programmes.

This role gives you the autonomy to shape team strategy, improve processes and lead initiatives that drive meaningful commercial and organisational impact. As part of the Commercial Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping GoodFit’s future and supporting the next stage of our growth.

What You'll Do

1. Revenue and Account Strategy:

Own strategy for renewals and upsells across all existing accounts.

Set team goals, track performance and ensure revenue targets are met.

Align account strategy with wider business priorities.

2. Team Leadership:

Line-manage and coach a team of two.

Support recruitment, onboarding and team development as we scale.

Build a culture of high performance, learning and accountability.

3. Strategic Client Management:

Lead relationships with key strategic clients, overseeing complex renewals and initiatives.

Identify opportunities for account expansion and deeper engagement.

Advise and consult clients on best practice GTM at both a tactical and strategic level.

4. Strategic & Operational Leadership:

Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing and Sales) to align client needs with programme strategy.

Lead initiatives to improve processes, embed best practice and increase efficiency.

We'd Love to Hear From You If

5+ years’ experience managing client accounts including at least 2 years leading an account management team.
Proven success driving renewals, upsells and cross-sells with clients.
Strong people leader with experience coaching teams and driving performance.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience defining KPIs, setting goals and tracking progress.
Alignment with Goodfit’s mission and passion for social impact.
Worked in a startup, fast-moving environment.
Passionate about all things GTM - especially in B2B SaaS

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in coaching, leadership development or programme delivery.
Experience building and/or shaping the Account Management function in start-ups or scale-ups.
Knowledge of professional development or learning initiatives.
